From 7 to 9 March, Masè was present at the World Food Poland in Warsaw receiving a very important award: the “Bellavita Award” awarded for the innovative Monoportion of Pulled Pork Masè. Over 100 professionals have in fact assigned “2 stars” to the novelty of Masè evaluating the innovativeness of the product, the revolutionary packaging, marketing and quality of raw materials used. A real success that has made this innovative product known, able to combine practicality and quality and to merge into a body only Texan cuisine and tradition of Trieste, to many industry experts from all over the world. More generally, the fair proved to be a real success for Masè, which managed to export the history and tradition of Trieste with typical products, such as Prague and the authentic Cotto in Crosta. Flavors that have conquered the palates of visitors and experts and that have brought specialties of our land to be sought abroad. “For us, the Warsaw fair was a challenge to get closer to a new and expanding market – highlights Stefano Fulchir, CEO of Masè -: in fact, according to ASSICA data, Poland will continue to be one of the first emerging markets in terms of the export of Italian cured meats. Here we met many B2B operators interested in products and we come back to Italy satisfied and aware of having won the hearts of many.
