The Hotel Institute of Formia visiting Masè

Today at the Masè plant we had the pleasure of hosting the Celletti Hotel Institute of Formia, accompanied by the very kind Dr. Giuseppe Nocca, Professor of Food. A visit required to learn about the typical food and wine of our land and, in particular, to discover the history of Prague’s Cooked Ham and Authentic Cotto in Crust Masè up close! A special day, a unique experience and experienced in first person by fantastic guys, ready to dive into the future of the food world: we thank them for the enthusiasm with which they visited us!
