Description

HOW TO PREPARE

  1. IT HEATING IN WATER – Immerse it in boiling water for at least 40 minutes leaving the product sealed
  2. OPEN – Remove from water, remove the casing and place on a cutting board
  3. CUT – Cut into large slices (c.a 2 cm) and lay on a plate or on a slice of bread
  4. TASTING – Tasting together with grated horseradish and mustard as tradition of Triestina
